Anna Ball, LPC, NCC
I aim to empower clients to deepen their self-understanding, cultivate self-worth, and nurture self-love. Rooted in empathy, I gently encourage clients to explore underlying issues that continue to impact life today. I foster a space where individuals feel fully accepted, enabling clients to embark on their journey toward personal growth and healing. I see individuals who are 13 and above who are ready to improve their overall well-being. I blend different therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Therapy while staying grounded in a Holistic approach. Through humor and humility, we can find a path to growth and peace. All are welcome!
