Anna Ball, LPC, NCC
As a Therapist I show up as myself, bubbly, silly, kind, and ready to be with you. I aim to empower clients to deepen their self-understanding, challenge ways of thinking, and cultivate self-worth. Rooted in empathy, I encourage clients to explore underlying issues that continue to impact life today. Together we will find patterns in your thinking and behaviors that stem from events or themes of your past, or actually challenge those to create change. I foster a space where individuals feel fully accepted, enabling clients to embark on their journey toward personal growth and healing. I see adults who are 18 ready to improve their overall well-being by putting in the work. I blend different therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy while staying grounded in a Holistic approach. Through humor and humility, we can find a path to growth and peace. All are welcome!
